Title: Refund Policy

We aim to ensure that our refund procedures are clear and fair to all guests. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing and the rate plan selected during booking.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and will be issued to the original method of payment.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for bookings cancelled within the allowed cancellation period defined in the reservation confirmation.

Non-Refundable Reservations: If you have selected a non-refundable rate, no refunds will be issued regardless of cancellation reason.
