Title: How We Process Refunds

If your booking is eligible for a refund, we follow a secure and transparent refund process:

Currency and Fees: Refunds are made in the original booking currency. Any currency conversion differences or bank service fees are the responsibility of the guest.

Method of Refund: Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during the booking (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).

Confirmation: Once a refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the amount and expected posting date.
